User and customer personal data and purposes of personal data processing:

  • For purchase and delivery of goods after placing an order in the online store: address of residence and / or location, contact information, name, surname, information about the method of payment, payment options for the goods and similar financial information.
  • Manager for financial accounting purposes, such as bookkeeping: order history, payment details, delivery information.
  • For the organization of lotteries, games and lotteries, including registration of the lottery participant, determination of winners, issuance of prizes and compliance with related regulatory requirements (eg regarding disclosure of winners' personal data): name, surname, contact information, gender, purchase information.
  • To comply with regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, providing information to public authorities, such as the State Revenue Service: all personal data listed above.
  • For archiving documents: all personal data necessary for the performance of the controller's duty.
  • The processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Controller or a third party, such as the storage of personal data to protect their interests in the event of potential disputes, the Controller's security or the development of the Controller's business, including contacting users or customers.
  • Recipients of Personal Data: The controller transfers the personal data of the user and the customer to such recipients of Personal Data, if it does not contradict the applicable regulatory enactments.
  • A controller for related companies in the European Union and the European Economic Area to optimize the achievement of the purposes of the processing of Personal Data.
  • The personal data necessary for the execution of payments are transferred to the authorized processor Mozello SIA. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Transfer of personal data outside the European Union:

User and customer rights within the processing of Personal Data:

The User and the Customer have the right to request the Manager to access their Personal Data, to correct them in case of inaccuracies and, if the basis for their processing and storage has been lost, to request their deletion. The User and the Client have the right to request a restriction on the processing in relation to themselves, or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to request the Controller to transfer the Client's or User's Personal Data to another legal or natural person electronically. The user and the customer also have the right to submit a complaint to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate if he / she considers that his / her rights have been violated. The User and the Customer have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of his / her Personal Data in cases where the basis for the processing of Personal Data is consent. The user or client may use the Manager's contact information provided in this document to revoke consent. If the user or customer withdraws his consent, including consent to the use of cookies, the Manager has the right to limit the functionality and scope of its services, including the scope of operation of the website and the online store. In such cases, the Manager will not be able to provide the appropriate services to the user or customer if the Manager does not have the Personal Data required to provide the services and / or functionality due to the withdrawal of consent.
