WATEX CMS Triplex series equipment are continuous water softening systems intended for operation sites with high water consumption. The equipment is suitable for boiler houses, apartment buildings and factories. The equipment will purify the water not only from the water hardness creating salts, but also completely purify the water from the iron content (not exceeding certain values). During the regneration process, a reagent (NaCl, salt tablets) is consumed, which is used to regenerate the filtering material (ion exchange resins). The flsuhing water from this equipment can be discharged to biological WWTPs (wastewater treatment plants).
The WATEX CMS Triplex series kit consists of three filter tanks, three CLACK control valves, three two-way electric valves and three brine tanks. The filter tanks are filled with ion exchange resin (cation), which reduces water hardness and filters iron. The control valve automatically conducts regeneration based on water consumption and saves all information even in the event of a power failure. The brine tank is filled with a reagent salt tablets (NaCl) for resin regeneration. Depending on the amount of resin and the quality of the water, the equpment is programmed to have a certain water capacity between regenerations.
The equipment requires a connection to electricity (three sockets) as well as a sewer connection and an incoming/outgoing water pipeline with a minimum water pressure of 2.5 bar.
The equipment can be placed in damp rooms or in underground shafts made of grooves.
Recommendation! Before choosing a device, it is recommended to perform water testing to determine the chemical composition of the water.
Recommendation! It is preferable to install a mechanical water filter before the filters to ensure a longer service life of the equipment.
