Sediment filter is designed to remove mechanical impurities – sand, rust, sludge, and other solid particles – from water. It is the first step in the water purification system, protecting plumbing, household appliances, and subsequent filters from damage and premature wear.
Advantages:
Effectively removes mechanical impurities from water (1–50 microns depending on the cartridge).
Extends the service life of other filters and equipment.
Easy and convenient maintenance – cartridge replacement or rinsing.
Applications:
In water supply systems of private houses and apartments.
Before drinking water filtration systems.
In agricultural and industrial facilities where mechanically purified water is required.
Set includes:
10'' filter housing
Manometers for pressure control before and after the cartridge
Wall mounting bracket
Filter wrench
Screws for fixing the filter housing to the bracket
Cardboard packaging box
The filter housing has an integrated air release screw. Brass rings reinforce the connection threads.
The sediment filter housing is universal and can be used with different types of cartridges – for filtration, activated carbon, softening, polyphosphate crystals, etc.
The filter is designed for cold water. The transparent housing allows visual inspection of the cartridge condition.
It is recommended to install shut-off valves and pressure gauges before and after the filter, as well as a pressure release valve, to make cartridge replacement easy.
Depending on the cartridge, the filter housing can be used for water filtration before household supply, in apartments, for technical processes, or for drinking water preparation.
