APPLICATION

JurbySoft® 1 is designed for steam and heating boiler water treatment, where demineralized makeup water is used. It is a liquid alkaline chemical product used for the pH and alkalinity control in boiler of low, medium and high pressure.

DESCRIPTION

JurbySoft® 1 is product based on sodium hydroxide, used for the pH and alkalinity correction in systems with low pH and alkalinity. It is carbonic acid neutralizer and alkalinity controller within the limits of least corrosion, forms protective layer on the metal surface. This product can be used for waste water neutralization after acidic cleaning.

DOSAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

The dosage depends on required pH level and alkalinity.
Concentrated or diluted with soft water JurbySoft® 1 is dosed by automatic dosing pump.
Dosing control is done by keeping necessary pH and alkalinity levels.
JurbySoft® 1 is compatible with other JurbySoft® water treatment products.

PACKAGING AND HANDLING

JurbySoft® 1 is packaged in 25 liter (32 kg), 60 liter (77 kg), 200 liter (260 kg) plastic drums and 1000 liter (1300 kg) containers.
Safety goggles and gloves must be worn when handling concentrated product JurbySoft® 1. Store in ordinary warehouses under the temperature 5 – 30 C, normal moisture and good ventilation.
JurbySoft® 1 keeps the properties in the closed packing minimum for one year.
