WATEX WRO400 reverse osmosis system

Reverse osmosis system for brackish water with flow rate 400-500 liters/hour.
WATEX WRO series reverse osmosis systems are used for low mineralised water (up to 4000 ppm) with different flow rates and installation possibilities (wall or ground mount). Reverse osmosis valves purify water from 99.2% of salts, pyrogenic substances and microorganisms.
Permeate quality and flow rate depends on intake water salt concentration, temperature, applied pressure, membrane selection and pretreatment.
Quality and operation control system:
- On-line conductivity meter 0-500 microS/cm
- Inlet water low pressure switch
- Permeate high pressure switch
- Pressure indicators (inlet, after pump, concentrate)
- Permeate flow meter
- Concentrate drain flow regulation
- Pump pressure regulation valve
- Water leakage alarm and shut-off
- High conductivity alarm
- Automatic/manual flushing system
- Recirculation/recovery regulation
Notes:
- Data based on following parameters: 1500 mg/l NaCl solution at 10 bars, 25oC, Salt rejection 99.2%, SDI<3 brackish and low-mineralized water
- Pretreatment required: mechanical filtration, iron removal, softening or antiscalant dosing, adsorption by activated carbon if chlorine presence
- Clean water reservoir minimum 200 liters and booster pump required after reverse osmosis system.
