HYPERMIX® Special is a proprietary composite filtration media designed for the treatment of well water and municipal water containing elevated concentrations of iron and manganese.

The media combines five premium-grade materials into a single filtration solution, allowing simultaneous reduction of:
- Water hardness
- Iron (ferrous and organic forms)
- Manganese
- Ammonium
- Natural organic matter (including tannins)
- Heavy metals
HYPERMIX® Special can be regenerated using standard salt regeneration, similar to a conventional water softener, providing a simple and cost-effective operation.
