Water is the primary source of life for humans. The importance of water to people cannot be overstated, as everyone knows that the human body is made up of approximately 70% water.

A person cannot survive even 10 days without water under normal conditions (16-23 degrees Celsius), so it's essential to have access to safe drinking water everywhere, including during travel or hiking.

When traveling short distances, people often rely on bottled water. However, for longer journeys where purchasing bottled water is not feasible, travelers may need to obtain water from surface sources.

SIA WATEX provided a drinking water filter to the first person in the world who crossed the Pacific Ocean from South America to Asia—Karl Bardell. This helped Karl obtain high-quality and safe drinking water throughout his journey.
