VEE KVALITEEDI PROBLEEM
Liigne raua ja mangaani sisaldus vees põhjustavad sageli vee peamise probleemi. Kontakteerudes õhuga muutub vee värvus, suureneb hägusus ja tekib sete. Vesi on metalli maitsega. Veetorud ummistuvad ja kahjustavad kodumasinaid ning soojusvaheteid. Raua soovituslik kontsentratsioon vees peaks olema 0,1 mg / l ja mangaan 0,05 mg / l.
LAHENDUS
Parim lahendus sellele probleemile on oksüdatsioon ja liivafiltratsioon. WATEX FA seeria filtrid on mõeldud puhastamaks vett külade, linnade ja tööstusettevõtete hägususest, värvusest, rauast, mangaanist ja lõhnast. Peamiselt kasutatakse seda põhjavee puhastamiseks ja tsentraalsete veevarustussüsteemide jaoks.
TEGEVUSE PÕHIMÕTE
FA filtri tööpõhimõte põhineb vee õhuga rikastamisel ja filtreerimisel. Kui vesi on aereeritud, muutub raud, mangaan mehaaniliseks setteks, mida saab filtreerida. Tekkinud tahked aineosakesed filtreeritakse liivafiltriga. Filtrit tuleb regulaarselt loputada, et filter täidaks oma funktsiooni. Pärast filtri regenereerimist on see jälle võimeline puhastama vett ettenähtud viisil. Seadmed koosnevad filtrist ja kompressorist. Seadmed on täielikult tehases komplekteeritud ja need on koheselt ühendatavad veevõrku, lisaks vajab süsteem kanalisatsiooniühendust ja elektriühendust.

ASSEMBLY CONNECTIONS
The system is equipped with two electric three way valves, which make the system simple and inexpensive in operation. Piping system is made from PVC pipes and fittings (Also available stainless steel assembly connections). Filters can be rinsed in automatic mode as well as manual mode.
PRESSURE TANK
Pressure filter tanks are made from fiberglass with inner PE coating that can hold pressure up to PN10.
FILTRATION MEDIA
For water purification filtration media Aqua Mandix and quartz sand with different grain size (0.4x0.8 mm, 0.7x1.25 mm,1x3 mm, 3x5 mm) is being used. Porous structure of Aqua Mandix provides a large active surface and provides efficient adsorption and accumulation of sediment. Aqua Mandix compared to other filtration materials is lightweight and consumes less rinse water.
CONTROL VALVE
Filters are equipped with automatic control valve with LCD display, which can be used to change filter parameters like date, time, protection from access by unauthorized persons. The system is compatible with SCADA and GSM notification system, filter rinsing after volume of water consumed, the filtration media loosening blower or compressor can be added.
AIR SUPPLY
For water aeration oil-free air compressor has to be installed. The system can be equipped with any manufacturers of oil-free compressor. The system has built-in air control valve. Air control system has built-in flow switch, which gives a signal to electromagnetic valve to open when water is flowing. Air is injected to water before the filters.
SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
Filters will provide with good quality water if operating personnel will ensure proper air supply, and unnecessary air removal and regular rinsing processes. Water purification system does not require specific chemical admixtures that have to be refilled.
