WATER QUALITY PROBLEM
When water gets in contacts with air, it changes the colour, turbidity increases and sediments appears. Water has a metallic taste. Water pipes are clogged and sanitation at the consumer becomes dirty. Suggested concentration of iron should be 0.1 mg/l and manganese 0.05mg/l.
SOLUTION
WATEX CMG series devices are effective drinking water treatment equipment, which reduces iron, manganese and turbidity in the water at the same time. It uses reagent (potassium permanganate) to remove iron. Despite the fact that the reagent is used, water can be used for drinking and other human life needs.
FILTER PERFORMANCE
WATEX CMG series equipment is based on a catalytic filtration media -"Greensand Plus" The filtration media is able to oxidize ferrous iron in the water and store it in the filter. To remove accumulated iron valve is automatically regenerated (rinsed). For regeneration KMnO4 is used. It restores the filtration media's ability to oxidize iron.
FILTER CONTROL
The equipment has an electronic CLACK WS1 (USA) controller with flow meter that controls the automatic regeneration (time control). The control valve all the information remains even if a power failure.
